Booster Club members assist the King's Kidz Choir staff with duties such as special events, wardrobe prep, singing commitments, supervision, sign-in, donations and snacks.

Choosing I agree authorizes PCC and PCC's Children Ministry to use a photograph or similar likeness or image of myself or the child named on this form in any future advertisement or promotion of PCC's Children Ministry programs.*
